Our programs and correct outputs are now available for all contest tasks.

The results are now final. Here is a summary of the changes:
The team Havka-papstvo was awarded +2 points for correctly solving the data set D2.
Their original submission was only rejected due to a missing definition of rounding
mode (i.e., the answer to "how should 0.125 be rounded to two decimal places?").
We also checked that this was the only affected submission for problem D.
Seven teams who solved B1 or B2 in a way that in our opinion violated the contest
rules were contacted. After receiving their explanations (almost none) these teams
were removed from contest standings.

Please note that the results are not final yet: we are checking one appeal
and we will be removing some cheaters before declaring the results official.

The contest is over and the
solution
booklet is available. Thanks for
taking part, we hope you enjoyed it! See you in 2013!
Actually, feel free to come back to the contest site in a few days.
We will soon publish some more stuff -- correct outputs,
programs, and some statistics.

Problem H. The correct constraints for the easy data set should be
r,c ≤ 20, not r,c ≤ 12. Sorry about that.
(Also: That's probably not why you are getting "Wrong answer" :) )

Problem D. Anything that is listed as a country (in particular, also
"_no_specific_country_") is a country. Anything that is listed as an institution
is an institution.

Beat the rush – download early!
You can already download an encrypted package with all you need to start solving.
Then, once the contest starts, refresh this page once to see the password.
Starter package (2.3 MB, download now):
LF (Mac/Linux),
CR+LF (Windows)
Test data for problem E (5.7 MB):
LF (Mac/Linux),
CR+LF (Windows)
Test data for problem J (25 MB):
LF (Mac/Linux),
CR+LF (Windows)
(It should be sufficient to only download the test data for E and J once you start solving the particular problem.)

The practice session is over! You can take a look at solution writeups.
We sincerely apologize to all 29 teams who solved the entire practice problem set and then were
bored for the rest of the practice session. We promise this won't happen to you in the
real contest! :)
